“ I am so glad I stopped in this little gem! We had some time to kill before heading over to a nearby Stir cooking class so we dropped in for a few cocktails around 500 on a Saturday evening. We were able to sit at the bar right away. The bartender made our drinks very quickly and they were made perfectly. I even noticed her making a custom mocktail for a nearby patron, it looked delicious. We skimmed the food menu but due to already having dinner plans we settled on 1 appetizer, the deviled eggs. They were amazing! They were topped with caviar and the perfect creamy, tangy, salty bite. The restaurant is extremely romantic and intimate and even had bar like seating that looked into the kitchen. I cant wait to come back for dinner! ”
“ Spectacular in every sense of the word. My wife and I had the most wonderful Sunday evening dinner weve had in a very long time. The bartender, Elizabeth, was fantastic and made excellent cocktails. The French onion soup and deviled eggs were perfect. The soup being some of the best Ive ever had. I had Gigis meatballs and spaghetti for my main entree, and my wife had the sea scallops. Both dishes were perfect. I loved every bite. The owner checked on us multiple times, and was very kind. Overall, the experience was delightful, and the food was absolutely divine. We will be returning with an appetite again very soon. A fantastic evening. ”

Its a hidden gem in downtown Hudson which is a part of Downtown 140. The cocktail menu is unique and creative, featuring expertly crafted drinks that never disappoint. The bartenders are excellentknowledgeable, friendly, and happy to recommend something new based on your tastes. Highly recommend! ”
“ My husband had been wanting to check this place out for awhile, and it was amazing! The atmosphere is very elegant but chill, exclusive but welcoming. The food was amazing, and it was so cool to see the cooks in the kitchen, but also enjoy the aesthetics while we talked, drank wine, and waited for our food. “ Foie gras production involves a cruel process called gavage, where ducks and geese are forcefed using a tube, leading to their livers becoming 10 times their normal size and often causing severe health issues. Approximately 25 of these birds die during the gavage period alone, reflecting the high stress and suffering they endure. While some may claim their foie gras isnt forcefed, it is important to acknowledge that the industry as a whole is responsible for significant animal suffering and has been banned in multiple countries and regions due to its inhumane practices. Downtown140 needs to drop foie gras and adopt a foie gras free policy! ”
